IRI Employee Benefits
Health & Well-being
We offer two point-of-service (POS) medical plans, providing nationwide access to providers in and out of network.
You can choose either a high or low plan ($500 or $1500 deductible) designed with cost-containment features (co-payments, deductibles, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums).
Preventive services are covered at 100%, including annual checkups, screenings, and vaccinations to help you and your family stay ahead of health issues.
Dental Benefits
Regular dental checkups and oral health are important to your overall wellness. Our preferred provider option (PPO) dental plan offers 100% coverage for preventive services, including x-rays, and coverage for basic and major services.
Vision Care
We recognize that vision care is vital. Our vision plans provide coverage for regular eye exams, prescription lenses, frames, and contact lenses. You may choose from a high or low vision plan, to ensure you have the coverage that’s right for you.

Flexible Spending Accounts
